Comment ajouter un lien sous "invité" ?

Bonjour,

J'aimerai ajouter un lien juste en dessous de "invité" dans les messages postés par les invités :

C'est pour ce forum crée sous "xooit" : http://rencontresentreaspergers.soforums.com/

J'aimerai donc ajouter ce lien :
